I've been exactly where you are.
I'm a certified sleep consultant and child development specialist with over 30 years of experience working with babies and families. But more than that, I'm a mum of five — five children in six years.
My eldest gave me four-hour stretches from birth and I genuinely thought I'd cracked it. Then my second arrived and woke every hour or two. Same parents. Same routine. Completely different baby. That experience shaped everything I now do.
I also run weekly baby development classes locally — and everything I do is built around one principle: understanding your baby, not forcing them into a system that wasn't designed for them.

The programme is designed for babies from around 6 to 11 months — the stage when sleep patterns are establishing and there's a real opportunity to build great foundations. The full sleep support package works with babies from 7 months through to toddlers.

No — never. My approach is entirely gentle and responsive. Everything I do is about understanding your baby and working with their needs, not against them. There are no rigid methods and no leaving them to cry.

Each week has five videos at around 3–5 minutes each — roughly 20–25 minutes of watching in total. There's a companion guide to read at your own pace and one simple practical task. Most mums fit the whole week into nap times.

The course content is the same. The difference is me. With full support you get a personalised sleep plan written specifically for your baby, and direct WhatsApp access to me throughout six weeks — real answers to your questions, someone to message on the hard nights, and a plan that adjusts as things change.
