My mission is simple, to help give you the confidence, skills, and calm that you need to support your baby, toddler, or preschooler to sleep independently — while keeping connection at the heart of every step.
I understand that every family needs calm evenings and a good night’s sleep. That’s why I promise to deliver a personal approach and give practical step by step support. I want to help families create calm, consistent routines that work with their child’s unique personality.
My goal is simple: to turn bedtime from a battle into a peaceful, predictable part of the day — so everyone can rest, reset, and enjoy being a family again.
Hi, I’m Christina
I love children and being a mum. Which explains why I am a mum of five, a trained teacher, and run children’s development classes from birth to preschoolers alongside my sleep coach business. I now have over 30 years experience working with little ones, (and their parents!).
My philosophy is simple:
Calm – because children feel safest when they know what to expect.
Confident – because when you’re confident and understand the why behind what you do, you can stick to it without second-guessing (Well most of the time anyway!) and in turn that creates more confident children.
Connected – because relationships alway come first, and every boundary, strategy and plan should be about strengthening your bond.
